1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Samay Raina india tour website, mobile app and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Samay Raina india tour, a company registered in India with its office at Delhi ( "we", "us" or "our").

2. Our role
Samay Raina india tour is a ticketing platform. We sell tickets on behalf of event organisers, promoters and artists ("Organisers"). The Organiser is responsible for staging the event, its content, the venue, timings, line-up and on-ground arrangements.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of an event, although we will help you contact the Organiser and handle refunds where these Terms or the Organiser's policy allow them.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy tickets. Some events allow younger attendees when accompanied by an adult; this is stated on the event page.
You are responsible for keeping your login details and OTPs private and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at [support email] if you think your account has been misused.
Please give accurate details when booking. Tickets may be linked to your name, mobile number or email address and may be checked at entry.
4. Booking and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A booking or convenience fee may be added and is shown before you pay.
A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation by email, SMS or in the app. If money is deducted but no confirmation is received, the amount is normally reversed to your original payment method within [5–7] working days.
Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
Where an event offers part-payment to reserve a booking, the remaining amount must be paid by the date shown. If it is not, the reservation may be cancelled and the advance handled as described on the event page.
5. Ticket limits and fair access
Organisers may set a maximum number of tickets per person, account or payment method. Bookings that exceed these limits, or that use bots, scripts or multiple accounts, may be cancelled without notice.
Early access, pre-sale and general sale windows are shown on each event page. Availability is not guaranteed in any sale window.
6. Using your ticket
Your ticket is a revocable licence to attend the event, issued subject to these Terms and the venue's rules. Carry the ticket (QR code or app pass) and a valid government photo ID matching the booking name.
Each ticket admits one person once. Duplicated, altered or screenshotted tickets may be refused, and only the first valid scan is accepted.
Late entry, re-entry and seating are at the Organiser's and venue's discretion. Open seating is first come, first served.
7. No resale or transfer
Tickets may not be resold, auctioned or transferred for commercial gain, or offered as prizes or promotions, without our written permission. Tickets found to be resold or bought from unauthorised sources may be cancelled without refund and the holder refused entry.
Where an event allows a name change or transfer, this will be available in your Samay Raina india tour account.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once booked, except as described below or on the event page.
If an event is cancelled by the Organiser, you will receive a refund of the ticket price to your original payment method. Whether booking fees are refunded depends on the Organiser's policy, which is shown on the event page.
If an event is postponed or the venue changes, your ticket will normally remain valid for the new date or venue. Where a refund window is offered, we will notify you by email or SMS with the deadline to request it.
A change of opening act or supporting performers, or a minor change in timings, does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Venue rules and conduct
You must follow the venue's rules and the instructions of security and event staff. Bags may be searched, and prohibited items will not be allowed inside.
For phone-free events, your phone may be sealed in a pouch at entry and unlocked when you leave. Recording audio or video of any performance is not allowed unless the Organiser says otherwise.
The Organiser or venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, unsafe or in breach of these rules, without a refund.
By attending, you accept that you may appear in photos or video recorded by the Organiser for promotional use.
10. Age and ID requirements
Age limits are set by the Organiser and shown on each event page. You may be asked for photo ID at entry; entry will be refused if you cannot show that you meet the age limit, and no refund will be given.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Samay Raina india tour total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
We are not liable for loss, injury or damage at an event venue, for personal belongings, or for indirect losses such as travel and accommodation costs, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
12. Events beyond our control
Neither we nor the Organiser are responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, government orders, public health restrictions, civil unrest or the illness of a performer. Refunds in these cases follow the cancellations section above.
13. Content on the Platform
Logos, text, design and software on the Platform belong to Samay Raina india tour or our licensors. Event images, posters and artist content belong to the Organisers or artists and are used with their permission. You may not copy or reuse any of this content without written consent.
14. Privacy
We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. To deliver your event, we share the details needed for entry and event communication (such as your name, email and phone number) with the Organiser.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to bookings made after they are published.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
